The circular trail leads from the center of Rettenegg to the Stuhleck with the Alois Günther Haus, before returning via the Pretul.

Along the "Himmel auf Erden" (Heaven on Earth) planetary trail, the circular route leads mostly through wooded areas up to the Schwarzriegel. The forest thins out here and you soon reach the Alois Günther Haus. You can recharge your batteries at a leisurely stop before setting off on the way back. The descent is via the Pretulalm. The Roseggerhaus offers another opportunity to stop for refreshments. On the way down, there are always wonderful views of the Fischbach Alps, the Rad and the Schneealpe.

From the S6, exit at Steinhaus am Semmering and take the L117 to Rettenegg. Municipal office, Rettenegg

Ausgehend vom Parkplatz der Gemeinde Rettenegg geht es runter Richtung Hauptstraße zur ersten Station den Sternenpavillion vom Planetenweges.
Wir gehen über die Brücke zum Rettenegger Dorfstadl.
Nach den Informationstaflen zur Sonne und zum Merkur erreichen wir die Planeten Venus und Mars.
Wir folden immer den Markierungen und kommen zu den nächsten Planeten.
Durch ein Waldstück auf einem Forstweg wandern wir zum Uranus.
Nach dem Forellengasthof Joglland gebinnt ein Steilstück.
Wir wandern bis wir zum nächsten Planeten, dem Neptun kommen.

Hier biegen wir rechts ab und kommen auf das Stuhleck, zum letzten Planeten, dem Pluto.
Zurück geht es am gleichen Weg bis zum Schwarzriegel.
Am Schwarzriegel angekommen gehen wir geradeaus und folgen dem Weg 02 über die Peter Bergner Warte bis hin zum Roseggerhaus.
Zurück ins Dorf geht es am Alpannonia-Zubringer mit der Wegnummer 741

In summer, blueberry bushes can be picked on the summit slopes of the Stuhleck.
