Saunas offer wonderful benefits for the body: the interplay of hot, dry air followed by cold water stimulates the organs and metabolism and strengthens the immune system. Sauna lovers will enjoy the large selection of different temperatures and aromas at Asia Spa Leoben:

The Tepidarium (five-elements sauna) is the perfect start to a spa day and the best way to get accustomed to going to the sauna. It is particularly gentle on the cardiovascular system.
In the Erzberg Stollen (Finnish sauna), you can relax while inhaling soothing aromas and gently cleanse the skin with nourishing exfoliants.
Various aromas, including those made from Asian medicinal herbs, enhance the relaxing effect of the aromatic steam bath.
The herbal sauna is especially suitable for people who find conventional saunas too intense. In about eight minutes, the body warms up to the point where it starts to expel toxins through sweat.
The infrared sauna, even at low temperatures, stimulates strong perspiration.

Water fun in the pool

Children's eyes light up at the spa’s wonderful Wasserwelt (water world): An action-packed flow channel, bubble loungers and a whirlpool, the Giant Slide, and the Speedy Slide offer plenty of variety and entertainment. For a short breather, we recommend a visit to Xusu's Bamboo Steam Bath. In summer, you can swim, play sports, or relax in the outdoor area of the Aubad.

Culinary delights

For a healthy snack or tasty lunch, spa guests can drop by the Asia Spa Bistro or the Sauna Bar. Dishes from the Asian and Austrian cuisines are served there.
