“gratia HERBA” is dedicated with great passion to herbalism and the beauty of nature. In working with the herbs, a deep appreciation for their special power and wisdom is expressed.
At an altitude of about 1000 meters, the plants thrive in untouched nature and on natural soils. They grow slowly, developing an intense aroma and valuable healing powers. They are true superfoods that not only taste excellent but also shine with many health benefits. Here, permaculture is practiced to sustainably utilize resources and create a self-regulating system. The garden is intentionally not fenced to preserve the natural habitat for animals – occasionally, a few herbs are naturally nibbled on.
The entire process, from planting the plants to harvesting, processing, and packaging, is done by hand and under its own management. The passion for the herbs is palpable at every step. These natural treasures from the region are available in the in-house shop down in the valley in Geistthal-Södingberg and provide visitors with a little piece of nature for their home. Additionally, there is also the opportunity to meet Anna Höller personally and learn more about the origin of the products and the cultivation. Starting in spring, a vegetable garden invites visitors to experience seasonal growth up close.
The operation is located directly on the popular E-Bike Lipizzaner Tour, making it particularly attractive for nature and herb enthusiasts to take a relaxing break during their tour and learn more about the healing power of plants.
