Vina Vietnam

Graz

Award-winning Vietnamese cuisine, fine dining, and a stylish bar in the old town

Awarded by Gault Millau: 1 toque (12 points) | Falstaff: 2 forks

The Vina in Graz combines Vietnamese cuisine at a high level. With the new Vina Fine Dine area, exclusive creations of Vietnamese cuisine are served, optionally as a 6-course tasting menu or à la carte from the Fine Dine selection. The menu is complemented by popular classics such as Pho, Bun, and fresh summer rolls. Broths and sauces are made in-house, using high-quality products such as Styrian organic meat, and the spices come from the restaurant's own raised beds.

Also, the large bar with exciting signature drinks makes Vina a special destination for modern Vietnamese cuisine in Graz. The internationally awarded interior design sets a stylish backdrop with dark, elegant tones, golden accents, and a green living wall. Led by the Nguyen family, including Thi Ba Nguyen, Austria's oldest toque chef, Vina stands for hospitality, precision, and the successful blend of tradition and modernity. Ideal for anyone who wants to experience Vietnamese cuisine and fine dining in Graz.
