Three friends, fascinated by the science of distilling, decided during their studies to create a gin that stands out with exceptional flavor in a gin and tonic. Thus, the Half 9 Gin was born. Today, the Ginery in Styria offers four unique varieties, all of which impress with their top-notch quality while still following a consistent flavor line.

The founders share their knowledge in special gin seminars, where participants can develop their own gin creations. With more than 60 different botanicals, countless possibilities are open. The personally crafted recipes are refined, blended, and tasted during a tasting session in a dedicated distillery. The finished product can naturally be taken home – a true one-of-a-kind for private gin tasting.
