Only sausages are served, either cooked or cold: Käsekrainer, Krainer, Debreziner, and Frankfurter, along with hot dog variants. Traditionally, they serve mustard and freshly grated horseradish. They consciously forgo fries or other side dishes; it’s all about pure sausages here.
