At the city beach of Graz, relaxation meets movement – right in the heart of the city. Since 2025, Die Flößerei has been operating a boat rental here, providing summer adventures on the water. Those interested can rent kayaks, SUP boards, rowing or electric boats and experience the Mur from a new perspective.

The raft landing at the Puchsteg is the starting point for round trips to the Augarten Bay. The raft can also be booked for private parties – upon request with music and culinary options. Additionally, Die Flößerei offers workshops on topics such as paddling technique, kayaking, or raft building, often for schools or groups.

The city beach is open from April to early November and invites visitors with its blend of activity and relaxation for a break right by the water – a summer meeting spot in the Graz experience region.
