Scheucher restaurant

Listed in the Guide Michelin Austria

For more than 15 years, Restaurant Scheucher in the center of Graz has stood for a cuisine that places craftsmanship and quality at its core. The establishment is especially known for its specialties centered around the finest meat – from perfectly aged dry-aged beef to tender lamb or exquisite fish. The menu is complemented by classics such as Wiener schnitzel or vitello tonnato, which are prepared with care and attention to detail.

The ingredients come from selected producers, and much is processed and refined directly on-site. In the stylishly furnished restaurant, calm elegance meets personal service, and in the summer, a small terrace enhances the enjoyment outdoors.

Restaurant Scheucher is a place for all who appreciate good food – clear, honest, and with the aim of giving every ingredient the appropriate context.
