Paul & Bohne stands for specialty coffee with a claim. Carefully selected beans are roasted, sourced directly from partner farms and processed in Graz into fine blends and single origins. Transparent sourcing, gentle roasting, and a lot of craftsmanship determine the character of the coffee, which can be enjoyed as espresso, filter, or cold brew. The roasting in small batches ensures that the unique characteristics of each bean are highlighted as best as possible.

The location in Josefigasse is right in the midst of the diverse Lend district. This district is known for its mix of markets, small local eateries, and international flair – and precisely here, Paul & Bohne fits in with its open, modern coffee culture. Guests can try different roasts, seek advice, or simply immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the neighborhood with a cup of coffee.
