The Kabuff in Graz's Lendviertel is a small bistro restaurant focused on seasonal cuisine and regional products. The cooking is done with what is currently available. Many ingredients come from Styria and are processed with great care. The focus is primarily on vegetable dishes, complemented by homemade sourdough bread.
The menu is intentionally manageable and changes regularly. Many dishes are designed to be shared. Selected natural wines and homemade beverages are served alongside. The establishment itself is compact and open, with the kitchen and dining area flowing into one another. This creates an uncomplicated atmosphere where good food is at the forefront.
