Humuhumu brings Hawaiian and Thai flavors to the center of Graz. The Poke Bar stands for fresh ingredients, clear flavors, and creative combinations. On the menu, you will find bowls such as the Laka Salmon Bowl, Namaka Shoyu Bowl, Pele Fire Bowl, or Lono Vegan Bowl. Those who wish can create their own bowl: with a base, protein, vegetables, sauce, and toppings of choice.

All ingredients are prepared fresh daily, the combinations are balanced and full of flavor. In addition to salmon, tuna, shrimp, and tofu, rice, edamame, avocado, and homemade dressings also play a key role.
