The Ginkgo, located close to Jakominiplatz, is one of the pioneers of vegetarian cuisine in Graz. Founded in 1996, the establishment continues to impress everyone who wants to eat consciously without sacrificing enjoyment.

A daily changing buffet offers fresh salads, aromatic curries, creative side dishes, and a large selection of vegan dishes. Two original Indian dishes complement the menu. Billing is based on weight, allowing each portion to be individually selected.

The offerings are complemented by homemade cakes from the in-house bakery, cold-pressed juices, and organic Fair Trade coffee. The Nordic-inspired interior design creates a bright, friendly atmosphere. For those who prefer a more urban experience, the Ginko Greenhouse in the old town passage offers bowls and superfoods.
