Fürstenstand: Das Bergrestaurant

The Fürstenstand is the highest situated establishment in the city of Graz, at 754 meters above sea level on Plabutsch. Since its reopening in May 2024, the modernly designed mountain restaurant has been welcoming guests with a blend of traditional Styrian cuisine and a contemporary atmosphere. The kitchen offers classics like Boeuf Stroganoff, cheese spaetzle, and fried chicken salad, prepared with fresh, regional ingredients.

For hikers and cyclists, the Fürstenstand is a popular destination. Plabutsch offers numerous hiking trails and mountain biking routes that lead directly to the Fürstenstand.
