Rauch & Rebe stands for contemporary cuisine that takes provenance and craftsmanship seriously. In the restaurant at the Augarten Art Hotel in Graz, a connection is created from regional product quality and careful preparation. The atmosphere is simple and modern, with an open view of what really matters – good food and a harmonious setting for it.
The menu is seasonal and combines Styrian classics with modern accents. Vegetables, fish, and meat come from selected suppliers, many from the surrounding area. Daily changing dishes and some popular classics are offered at lunchtime, while the full à-la-carte menu is available in the evening.
In the kitchen, Christian Bernhard leads the team, and sommelier Michael Stafford ensures the appropriate wine pairing. Together, they create a place where good food, a clear style, and a pleasant atmosphere naturally belong together.
