The Amouro bar combines urban chic and Mediterranean zest for life right in the heart of Graz. From early morning to late evening, the stylish atmosphere – deep blue, velvety, with elegant accents – invites you to relax.

Culinarily, Amouro focuses on Levantine diversity: homemade meze such as hummus, baba ganoush, or muhammara, complemented by taftoon, sabich, falafel, and roasted cauliflower. Oysters, octopus, or grilled shrimp also find their place on the menu. Mediterranean classics are creatively and modernly interpreted, and the dishes are perfect for sharing.

A special variety is offered by the pinsa selection, creative burger variations, and salads such as tabbouleh or fatoush. Vegetarian and partly vegan dishes are always available on the menu.

At the bar, sophisticated drinks are crafted: house cocktails like the “Vermutivo,” espresso martinis, or selected wines stylishly accompany the evening.
