The bar Amouro combines urban chic and Mediterranean joie de vivre in the heart of Graz. From early morning to late evening, the stylish ambiance – deep blue, velvety, with elegant accents – invites relaxation.

Culinary-wise, Amouro focuses on Levantine diversity: homemade meze such as hummus, baba ganoush or muhammara, as well as taftoon, sabich, falafel and roasted cauliflower. Oysters, octopus, or grilled shrimp also find their place. Mediterranean classics are creatively and modernly interpreted, and the dishes are ideal for sharing.

A special variety is offered with the Pinsa selection, creative burger variations, and salads like tabouleh or fatoush. There are always vegetarian and partly vegan dishes on the menu.

At the bar, sophisticated drinks are created: house cocktails such as the “Vermutivo,” espresso martinis, or selected wines accompany the evening in style.

The sunny guest garden, located directly in the pedestrian zone, rounds off the concept.
