Ligister Tour 748
Accessible by public transportCharacteristics
SkillThe tour in numbers
This tour is ideal for e-bike riders. With a fully charged battery, alpine scenery, shaded forests and rushing streams quickly give way to vineyards and orchards. Wide-ranging views extend from the Graz Basin to the Schöckl and from the Lipizzanerheimat to the Pack and Stubalpe and the Gleinalm.
The loop starts with a challenging climb to the ruins of Ligist-Lubgast, followed by a scenic panorama route via Wartenstein and the Milchstraße down to the Alte Mühle. Another ascent leads to the foothills of the Reinischkogel before continuing via Oberwald and the Enzianhof. Forest sections open into the Schilcher Wine Route, where vineyards, wine taverns and regional producers invite relaxed stops.
A final climb to the Dietenberg is rewarded with views and local specialities, before an easy ride back to Ligist rounds off the tour.
