Explore the solar system on a 6 km trail through Eggersdorf. The route combines nature, discovery and fascinating insights into our cosmic neighbourhood.

The 6 km Eggersdorf Planets Trail offers an engaging introduction to our solar system. Along the route, information stations explore the Sun, the planets and the vast distances of space. The trail combines nature and discovery and is suitable for visitors of all ages. Guided tours are also offered regularly.

Car: Drive to Eggersdorf via Graz and the surrounding communities.
Parking: Parking is available along Hauptstraße and at the Eggersdorf natural swimming centre.

From Café Rosenberger, the route initially follows the main road towards the village centre. At the chapel, turn onto Hocheggstraße, then continue along Stühlingereggstraße into the forest.

At the junction, take the far-left path and continue along Waldstraße, passing several houses before reaching the Stuhlsdorfer Bach. Turn sharply right and follow the trail through the forest to Hütterweg.

In Stuhlingeregg, the route follows Römerstraße past the Zornkapelle. Shortly before leaving the village, turn left into the forest. Via Teichstraße, Stuhlsdorfer Straße and Feldstraße, the circuit returns to the starting point.

On warm days, the Eggersdorf natural swimming centre is ideal for a refreshing swim, while the St. Florian Parish Church and brine inhalation facility are worth a visit.
