When self-brewed beers are served in St. Bartholomä, beer cocktails are mixed, and chestnuts are roasted over the campfire, it's once again Brausilvester. On September 19, the Hobby Beer Brewing Association St. Bartholomä will celebrate its fourth club festival at the Kellerstöckl starting at 12:00 p.m., highlighting the variety of craft-brewed beers.

Up to nine different self-brewed beers will be available for tasting. For the first time, a Japanese Rice Lager from Richard Bieratelier will also be featured as a guest beer. Those who like to try beer in a different way will also find several creative beer cocktails: “Beer on the Beach” combines vodka, apricot brandy, and juices with pale ale, while “Aperell” brings together Aperol and Helles. Other creations complement the selection.

Culinary offerings are also abundant. The BBQ Fellas will serve juicy hot dogs with various toppings and sauces, including vegetarian options. For a smaller appetite, there are pretzels and fries. A sweet finish awaits with a beeramisu made with self-brewed oatmeal milk stout. Freshly roasted chestnuts over the campfire add to the autumnal atmosphere.

A premiere will take place at the mulled beer stand: In addition to mulled beer, beer will also be refined with a glowing spike. Musically, the festival will be accompanied by the Rauchkuchl Trio+1 with lively tunes. Admission is € 6.00, including a drink; children up to the age of 16 have free entry. Tickets are available on-site.
