Krampus run St. Radegund
During the Krampus and Perchten run in St. Radegund, impressive Krampuses and Perchten are in the spotlight, while St. Nicholas comes for the children.
Entry is free! When Krampuses and Perchten roam in St. Radegund, the stage belongs entirely to the impressive figures of winter customs. On December 12 starting at 5:00 p.m., the location is under the sign of the Krampus and Perchten Run – a date particularly interesting for lovers of this tradition.
Of course, the focus is on the Krampuses and Perchten. Their performances make the run a meeting point for all who appreciate the traditional customs surrounding these distinctive figures and experience them up close.
Even younger visitors will have their share: The Nikolo will visit for the children, bringing a friendly side of Advent customs to the event. Thus, the evening connects the Krampus and Perchten run with free admission to a beloved pre-Christmas tradition for families.
Please note that during the Krampus run, the local road (L319) will be closed between the turnoff Kalvarienbergstraße and Geduld from 5:00 p.m. to about 9:30 p.m. A detour will lead via Kalvarienbergstraße, PVA, and valley station.
