This beautiful circular hike is ideal for families and nature lovers alike. Experience the fauna and flora along this tour with all your senses and enjoy the wonderful nature of Hohentauern - either in a guided hiking group or on your own. The good signposting also makes the tour possible for beginners to hike "free solo".

For safety reasons, we recommend the longer route R6 via the Mühlgraben for the way back, the shorter variant R5 leads partly over the B114 main road. Sturdy shoes, weatherproof clothing, first aid kit, picnic rucksack

Try the fresh trout at Gasthof Brodjäger.

You can also be picked up there by our cab company Georg Kandler.

This tour is NOT considered "accessible by train and bus" because there is no regular connection.
