A piece of happiness just for you! The GrubhofALM is located on a sunny, idyllic high plateau, surrounded by alpine meadows and forests in a completely secluded area at an altitude of 1,200 m in Gaal/Murtal/Steiermark.
Close to the farm, there is a fish pond fed by a romantic stream with clear, fresh water. In the forest, there are mushrooms, berries, and numerous relaxing spots that invite you to linger. A fire pit provides a romantic campfire atmosphere and the possibility for barbecuing. A special highlight is the evening wind-down in our Almwellness HotPot under the starry sky.
In the house, tradition meets luxury. 400-year-old stone walls give the house its charm and create a cozy and atmospheric ambiance. Traditionally beautiful elements have been lovingly preserved and combined with modern comfort. The house is heated with a central heating system, ensuring that after a mountain hike or a visit to one of our numerous destinations in the region, a warm, cozy parlor awaits you.
