The chalets in Almdorf Hohentauern combine rustic coziness with modern comfort. Hiking, relaxing & experiencing nature. Right outside your doorstep begins one of the most unspoiled hiking areas in the Murtal region. Whether leisurely walks, scenic high-altitude trails, or challenging summit tours – everyone will find the suitable route here. Mountain lakes like the Scheibelsee (about 6 km away) also offer refreshing destinations for warm summer days.
Despite the alpine location, everything is close by: the town center of Hohentauern is only 200 meters away, and the supermarket is within a few minutes' walk – ideal for self-caterers. For motorsport fans, a trip to the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, which is just 35 km away, is worthwhile. Motorcyclists also appreciate the winding panoramic roads of the Murtal region.
<p>Conditions</p>
§ 6 Payments and Deposit
When reserving a rental property, 30% of the total amount must be paid in advance. The remaining balance of the rental property must be received in the account of the respective facility no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.
For reservations made within 4 weeks prior to the start of the stay, the total amount is to be paid immediately upon receipt of the reservation confirmation. If no payment is received, the accommodation provider can withdraw from the contract, and you are fully liable for the damage incurred, including costs associated with the reservation and contract cancellation. Amounts already paid will be offset against these cancellation fees and any compensation due for other expenses.
The accommodation provider requires a deposit of € 0,- to € 500.00 per unit at the start of the stay. If the deposit is not paid, the tenant and their roommates may be denied the use of the accommodation. If you are in arrears with the payment of the deposit, the accommodation provider is entitled to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect (cancellation).
The deposit amount will be refunded after departure if you leave the accommodation in proper condition and without damages. Any claims for damages will not be extinguished by the refund of the deposit.
