Hiking, relaxing & experiencing nature. Right outside your doorstep begins one of the most unspoiled hiking areas in the Murtal region. Whether leisurely walks, scenic high-altitude trails, or challenging summit tours – everyone will find the suitable route here. Mountain lakes like the Scheibelsee (about 6 km away) also offer refreshing destinations for warm summer days.
Despite the alpine location, everything is close by: the town center of Hohentauern is only 200 meters away, and the supermarket is within a few minutes' walk – ideal for self-caterers. For motorsport fans, a trip to the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, which is just 35 km away, is worthwhile. Motorcyclists also appreciate the winding panoramic roads of the Murtal region.

§ 6 Payments and Deposit
When reserving a rental property, a deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid. The remaining balance of the rental property must be received in the account of the respective establishment no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.
For reservations made within 4 weeks before the start of the stay, the total amount is to be paid immediately upon receipt of the reservation confirmation. If no payment is received, the host can withdraw from the contract, and you are fully liable for any damages incurred, including costs related to the reservation and contract termination. Any amounts already paid will be offset against these cancellation fees and any fees incurred for other expenses.
The host requires a deposit payment of € 0 to € 500.00 per accommodation unit at the start of the stay. In case of non-payment, the tenant and their co-inhabitants may be denied the use of the accommodation. If you are in default of the deposit payment, the host is entitled to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect (cancellation).
The deposit amount will be refunded after departure if you leave the accommodation in order and without damage. Any claims for damages are not affected by the refund of the deposit.
