The 4th Steiraman X-treme Triathlon challenges your skills and endurance. 1km swim, 42km bike, 12,9km run or 10,9km SPEED run - and that across the Murtal!

The Steiraman is THE X-treme triathlon across the Murtal.

Swimming: Swimming is 1 km in the Green Lagoon in St. Margarethen near Knittelfeld.

Bike: The road bike course leads from St. Margarethen to Knittelfeld, via Apfelberg, Großlobming and Weißkirchen to Judenburg. From there it goes to the transition area on the "Schmelz" in the Seetaler Alps.

Running course CLASSIC: From the Schmelz you run to the Winterleitenhütte, further to the big Winterleitensee up to the Schreibersteig. Over the radar station you go in the direction of Kreiskogel and from there back over the Winterleitenhütte to the finish in the EventArea at the Schmelz Hütte.

Running course SPEED competition: From the Schmelz up to the summit cross on the Hohe Ranach. The finish is in the EventArea at "Schmelz Hütte".
