Weg Nr. 4 Runde übern Hoanzl

The hike starts at the Grüner Specht inn and takes you past the Kurhotel to the Kump inn. Here you turn right into Berghofstraße and follow it uphill. Continue towards the Calvary, past wayside shrines and the Way of the Cross to the Calvary Church. The path becomes steeper and takes you to the Hoanzl snack station, where you can stop for a bite to eat and enjoy the beautiful view of Oberzeiring. The way back leads along the access road back to the village center.

Continue in the direction of Kalvarienberg, past several wayside shrines and along the Way of the Cross until you reach the Kalvarienberg church. The “Hoanzl” signpost now leads you onto a steeper path that takes you through woodland and meadows to the cozy Hoanzl snack station. Here you can take a well-earned break and enjoy the magnificent view of Oberzeiring and the surrounding countryside. The way back leads along the Hoanzl access road, and after a few hairpin bends you return to the center of Oberzeiring. This varied loop combines cultural sights, nature trails and charming views, making it an ideal destination for a relaxed hike.
