Tour H1 - MTB - Hasensattel

From Hohentauern in the Murtal region over the Hasensattel and back again.
The starting point is the Alpenhotel Lanz in Hohentauern. From there, take the old main road (turn half right after the Alpenhotel Lanz) to the marked "Hasensattel" junction.

From here, follow the well-marked forest roads to the Hasensattel. Continue downhill to the first hairpin bend. Turn left here and follow the forest road through the Mühlgraben back to Hohentauern.

Coming from the A9, take the Trieben exit and follow the B114 to Hohentaurn.

From the S36 at St. Peter turn off Judenburg onto the B114 and follow it to Hohentauern.

The starting point is the Alpenhotel Lanz in Hohentauern. From there, take the old main road (turn half right after the Alpenhotel Lanz) to the marked "Hasensattel" junction.

From here, follow the well-marked forest roads to the Hasensattel. Continue downhill to the first hairpin bend. Turn left here and follow the forest road through the Mühlgraben back to Hohentauern.

Mountain biking is only allowed on the marked routes in Hohentauern!
This tour is NOT considered "accessible by train and bus" because there is no regular connection.
