Beautiful mountain bike tour in the Murtal region from Fohnsdorfer Graben up to Hammerl Eckwiese.

This tour starts at the main square in Fohnsdorf in the Murtal region at cycle junction 20. Now head north to the Fohnsdorfer Graben, past the Varnestorff ruins and continue straight ahead (not the new panorama trail towards Gstättner) along the steadily ascending forest path until you reach your destination, the Hammerl Eckwiese, after approx. 60 minutes.

Coming via the S36, leave the highway and follow the signs to Fohnsdorf. Follow the main road to the main square.

Gravel/forest road

On the way back, a short walk around the Fohnsdorf ruins with a visit to the Fohnsdorf Reconciliation Cross and a rest at the viewing bench under the "Fohnsdorf Heart".
