Bike & Hike Klosterneuburgerhütte

Start your adventure in the center of Oberzeiring at an elevation of 932 meters. The bike tour begins with a gentle ride along the valley before turning right onto the Höhenstraße. This road climbs steadily – initially steeper, then more gradually – leading past the toll station up to the Klosterneuburger Hütte at 1879 meters. Since the hut is not staffed, be sure to bring a snack to enjoy before you return via the same route.

After your break, the hiking portion of the tour starts along marked trail 958. From the Klosterneuburger Hütte at 1902 meters, the route leads to the picturesque Tanzstattkapelle, a popular photo spot. The path is pleasant and offers breathtaking views. Continue to the summit of Niederen Zinken at 2212 meters, passing the reservoir and the Kleiner Zinken. Along the way, you'll discover beautiful and rare flowers. Finally, reach the Hohen Zinken at 2222 meters, where you will be surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes with views extending to the Dachstein.
