Oberzeiring and the Tibet Center invite you to take a break from everyday life and discover new perspectives – amidst a landscape that makes tranquility palpable.
The Tibet Center offers a diverse program of seminars and retreats. This includes meditation courses, mindfulness trainings, Buddhist lectures, as well as multi-day retreat programs. The offering is complemented by workshops on topics such as stress reduction, personal development, and mental well-being. Both beginners and advanced participants will find suitable formats here, accompanied by experienced instructors.
