The Steinplanhütte is the mountain hut located directly on the long-distance hiking trail 505 / 502. It offers all hikers and mountain bikers a great choice of regional delicacies and homemade pastries.

The Steinplan delights in both summer and winter with its unique panoramic view. The hike to the small summit promises varied insights into the fascinating natural world. From the starting point in Knittelfeld, the long-distance hiking trail leads directly to the 1,670-meter-high Steinplan, from which one can enjoy a wonderful view of the Seckau Alps.

Right near the summit, the cozy Steinplan hut invites you to rest and linger. Hikers and mountain bikers particularly appreciate the sunny terrace, from which they can admire the impressive panorama while enjoying hearty home-cooked dishes, a substantial snack, or fresh pastries.
