The "TASCHLER IM GLAS" mustard and pesto specialities are mainly produced with seasonal products from our own garden as well as from our region.

The possibilities for EXPERIENCING food are almost unlimited. Layer by layer, colours, flavours and textures complement each other. Enjoy with all your senses. As a trained chef and master butcher, you know the importance of fresh ingredients.

The Murtaler Genussmanufaktur not only knows the farmer by name, but also his vegetables! For example, the Genussmanufaktur offers crispy baguettes in pretty bar form specially created by the Madenberger bakery, local fish from Seckau and the Rachaugraben, dairy products of all kinds from the LFS Kobenz or organic herbs and vegetables from the FSLE Großlobming.
