For there are two T-bar lifts, a platter lift and two magic carpets for the little ones. If you are still shaky on the boards that mean the world of skiing or snowboarding, the best thing to do is to knock on the door of the Gesäuse Ski School, the only ski school in the Gesäuse. By the way, there is also equipment to borrow.

Unless, of course, you grab a toboggan and take off after a one-hour walk to the Klinke Hut, which is open all year round, for sledding ( Toboggan) rental included at the hut. Then it's time to fill up on adrenaline - the soul comes later. A ski tour is always an option, of course, as the Kaiserau parking lot in particular is a popular starting point.
