To the summit in about 1.5 hours and the circular hiking trail over the panoramic path back to the Hesshütte.

With its 2,191 m, the Hochzinödl is one of the top viewing peaks in the Gesäuse! Round hike over the Panoramasteig in approx. 1.5 hours.

Particularly beautiful impressions are gained at sunrise and sunset!

A9 Phyrn motorway to Ardning/Admont exit and from there past Frauenberg, about 10 km after Admont. Via the B146 (Gesäuse Bundesstraße) coming from the west into the Gesäuse.

Or via Leoben, Vordernberg and Eisenerz to Hieflau and from there via B146 in western direction into the Gesaeuse.

A1 Westautobahn to exit Ybbs and from there in southern direction through Scheibbs, Lunz am See, Göstling an der Ybbs and Palfau to Hieflau. From there via B146 in western direction into the Gesäuse.

Anstieg über den Ennsecksattel durch Latschen. Der Steig führt direkt auf das Hochzinödl. Am Gipfel erklärt eine Tafel das Gipfelpanorama.

Danach Abstieg zur Gass mit sehr tiefreichenden Talblicken! In der Gass beginnt der eigentliche Panoramaweg, welcher wieder bis zur Heßhütte führt.
