Stefan Liebmann, a restaurateur from Laßnitzhöhe, discovered his love for gin during his student years. Upon returning to Styria, he turned his passion into a profession and opened the largest gin bar in Styria at Hotel Liebmann. After years of experimentation and inspired by his experiences in Innsbruck and Thailand, he finally launched his own premium gin in 2016: YIN GIN. The name "Yin" means "gin" in Thai, referencing the exotic roots of this extraordinary drink.
