Often it is also called Ernst Fuchs Church, the parish church of St. Jacob in Thal. However, it is definitely worth seeing and unique!

Even from the outside, it is clear that this is a very special building, which is quite polarizing. It is spectacular and you absolutely have to experience it for yourself. Somehow the church designed by the renowned Austrian artist Prof. Ernst Fuchs - representative of the Viennese school of fantastic realism - seems almost a bit unreal and one feels like in a fairy tale.
In fact, the artist's intention was to depict a colorful paradise, which, through the dormer windows and crystal glass elements with changing light effects, flooded by daylight, always evokes different moods in people.
