NATURE IN THE VINEYARD MAKES THE WINE.
Our vineyards are located on the southern slope of the Ligistberg. This is where the Blaue Wildbacher grape ripens, from which our Schilcher is then pressed. We sell our product from the farm.

Schilcherweinbau Haas is run as a family business.

The 2.4-hectare farm is mainly used for orchards and a 28-acre vineyard. The vineyard is situated in a very beautiful southern ridge location with a view of Ligist, protected by diverse vegetation such as hedges and trees. The Blaue Wildbacher grape ripens here.

Due to the slope, most of the work is done by hand. The grapes are processed and the wine pressed on the estate's own premises, in the old farm building. The press and the cellar for storing the wines are located here.
