Since June 2021, the KLYO has been enriching the Graz Schlossbergplatz with a concept that originated in Vienna and has quickly taken root in Graz. Those who appreciate a late breakfast, enjoy creative cuisine, and seek a cozy atmosphere will find a perfect spot here. Brunch classics, bowls, homemade burgers, and salads are served – freshly prepared, regionally sourced, and modernly interpreted. From Thursday to Saturday, cooking is even available until 10 PM, making KLYO a breakfast destination in the evening as well.

In addition to classics like homemade pancakes or poached eggs, the menu features bowls, pasta, salads, and burgers, all of which are modern interpretations. The beverage selection also showcases the venue's creativity: alongside cocktails with a zodiac twist, homemade iced teas, spritzer creations, and organic coffee from its own roasting are available. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are integral to the offering and highlight the contemporary aspirations of the establishment.
