The Kabuff in Graz's Lendviertel is a small bistro-restaurant focused on seasonal cuisine and regional products. The cooking is done with whatever is currently available. Many ingredients come from Styria and are processed with great care. The emphasis is mainly on vegetable dishes, complemented by homemade sourdough bread.
The menu is deliberately concise and changes regularly. Many dishes are designed to be shared. Selected natural wines and homemade drinks are served with it. The venue itself is compact and open in design, with the kitchen and dining area flowing into one another. This creates an uncomplicated atmosphere where good food is the focus.
