The Eis Greissler stands for handcrafted ice cream, which convinces especially through the intense flavor of natural ingredients. Whether classic varieties like strawberry and vanilla or creative creations like poppy seed, elderflower, or goat cheese – everything is prepared here with high-quality, natural ingredients.

The milk comes directly from their own cows, fruits and vegetables from the region, and spices from partners like SONNENTOR. The variety of ice cream flavors is particularly noteworthy: from sorbets with a high fruit content to reduced-sugar varieties and ice cream with increased protein content, such as from sunflower protein. Seasonal flavors like "Flower Meadow" with herbs make the offering even more diverse.
