Sporty mountain ride with a tough ascent and summit - the Schenkenberg loop offers stunning panoramas, connecting the Mur Valley with the Gleinalm.
The Schenkenberg Tour  in the Graz Uplands offers impressive views of mountains and rivers, connecting the Mur River with the foothills of the Gleinalm. The tour starts on the Mur Cycle Path R2 in Frohnleiten and passes through Adriach, Rabenstein Castle, and Murhof Golf Club to Deutschfeistritz. It then continues through Zitoll and Prenning along the Übelbach River.

At Waldstein Castle, the ascent along the Arzbach begins gently. From here, the route follows a steeper section up to the Ebenwirt at 900 m on Schenkenberg. The summit offers breathtaking views of Schöckl, Rote Wand, and Hochlantsch. Hiking trails to Haneggkogel and "Gmoa-Alm" also start here.

After the Ebenwirt, the route descends steeply via Ratlosgraben and a gravel road, passing through Gamsgraben and Rothleiten, before returning on the Mur Cycle Path to Frohnleiten.
