During the first Krampus run of the Voitsberg Höllenteufel at the Wiedner parking lot in Voitsberg, 15 guest groups from the local area provide an evening full of Krampus traditions and eerie figures.

On December 7, 2026, it will be devilish in Voitsberg: The Voitsberg Hell Devils will host their first Krampus Run and thereby bring an impressive tradition of the pre-Christmas season to the Wiedner parking lot. With elaborate masks, terrifying figures, and the characteristic appearance of the Krampuses, the regional customs will be the focus of the evening.
In total, 15 guest groups from the surrounding area will participate in the Krampus Run. Together with the Voitsberg Hell Devils, they will present the different manifestations of this lively tradition. The Krampus Run offers the opportunity to get to know the diversity of the regional groups and experience the customs up close.
The event evening begins at 5:00 p.m. with entry. At 6:00 p.m., St. Nicholas will appear, before the actual Krampus Run starts at 6:30 p.m. In this way, the event connects two well-known figures of the Alpine Advent customs and puts the regional Krampus groups at the center.
Food and drinks will also be provided. The event takes place in any weather.
