The Graz Town Hall Advent Calendar: Christmas light projections transform the town hall facade at the main square into a giant Advent calendar.

City Hall Projection and Advent Calendar at Graz Main Square

When it gets dark in Graz, the facade of the Graz City Hall transforms into a glowing Christmas scene. Starting from November 20, 2026, atmospheric light projections and festive motifs create an Advent atmosphere right in the heart of Graz's old town.

From December 1, Graz City Hall will become a giant Advent calendar.

The city hall projection can be seen daily from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and can be admired until December 27, 2026.

The light experience can be particularly enjoyed with a visit to the Christkindlmarkt at Graz Main Square. Festively decorated Advent huts, Christmas delicacies, and the large Christmas tree in front of the city hall create a delightful atmosphere.
