From October 1 to October 4, 2026 , the Stadthalle Graz transforms into a hotspot for foodies, gastronomy fans and anyone wanting to experience culinary diversity – with food, drinks, taste explosions, and unique culinary highlights.
For four days, TasteFactory Graz presents gastronomic delights in all their facets as part of the Graz Autumn Fair: from a regional marketplace to exclusive fine dining experiences, exquisite wines and creative drinks, innovative food labs and international street food creations, to a Green Market, tempting sweet artworks, and inspiring table culture.
With 10 themed worlds, 6 stages, tastings, workshops, live cooking, musical acts, interactive highlights for young and old, and plenty of festival vibes an unforgettable experience is created.
