Discovering, understanding, and connecting Austria's monuments on 27.09.2026
The Day of Monuments is not only an Austrian tradition, but part of the European Heritage Days: an initiative of the Council of Europe and the European Union that this year focuses on the theme “Heritage of Routes, Networks and Connections.”
The complete program will be published on August 27, 2026. In principle, the program items can be attended without prior registration on the Day of Monuments. For program items that exceptionally require registration, registration will uniformly begin this year on September 12, 2026.
