Summer Festival - The Bandits - 20th Anniversary

Sa., 09.05.2026 from 20:00 o'clock

Summer festival at Schilcherhof Ligist with THE BANDITS: Experience and enjoy Rock’n’Roll, Folk, and Country from the 50s and 60s live in West Styria!

At the summer festival in Schilcherhof in Ligist, music history comes to life. On May 9, THE BANDITS bring back the sound of past decades to the stage and revives the era of the 50s and 60s. Between Rock’n’Roll, Folk, and Country unfolds an evening that reminds of old record players while sounding fresh and lively.

The Schilcherhof, nestled in the gentle hills of Western Styria, provides the perfect setting for this. Here, regional hospitality meets authentic live music. That’s what makes the special charm of this summer festival in the Lipizzaner homeland.

THE BANDITS stand for handmade music with feeling. In addition to their own songs, they also bring well-known hits from great legends to the stage. The motto “Back to the Roots” is their program: clear melodies, simple rhythms, and songs that stick in your head.

  • Rock’n’Roll with swing
  • Folk with calm moments
  • Country with broad sound

This creates a varied evening that showcases the diversity of these music genres. The view over the vineyards around Graz, along with a glass from the region and music that connects generations, is all that’s needed for a successful evening.

Music contribution: € 20.00 per person

The summer festival in Schilcherhof is a meeting place for all who appreciate real music and wish to enjoy the atmosphere of the Graz Region. And as Neil Young said: Rock’n’Roll can never die.
