Summer Festival: Gitan Esprit

At the Summer Festival Gitan Esprit will bring Gypsy Jazz to the Schilcherhof in Ligist on September 4 starting at 8:00 p.m. The quartet, consisting of two guitars, clarinet, and bass, creates an uplifting atmosphere.

The music of Gitan Esprit is inspired by the style of Django Reinhardt. Well-known Gypsy Jazz standards meet original pieces and modern compositions. Sometimes lively and spirited, at other times calm and delicate. The two guitars set the rhythm, the clarinet layers warm melodies over it, and the bass holds everything together pleasantly.

The Schilcherhof in Ligist provides the perfect setting for this. Surrounded by vineyards and the gentle hills of Western Styria, a relaxed atmosphere is created that complements this music style well. A guest garden, summery evening ambiance, and handmade music make the concert evening particularly harmonious. The kitchen opens at 6:00 p.m., ensuring a cozy start to the evening.
