Spring awakening at the Cursaal St. Radegund
Spring Awakening at the Cursaal St. Radegund: Arts and crafts, regional delicacies, and a children's program at the sales exhibition with around 20 regional exhibitors.
Spring is in the air in St. Radegund am Schöckl. The “Spring Awakening” at the Cursaal, on March 22, showcases the location's creative side. Around 20 exhibitors present handcrafted products and lovingly designed gift ideas related to spring, Easter, and Mother's Day at the sales exhibition. The variety ranges from decorative arts and crafts to small tokens that make the start of the season special.
The culinary offerings also reflect the region. Exquisite delicacies from Styria invite tasting and taking home. This includes traditional Easter meat from Sabine Greiter, honey, ice cream, chocolate, and other regional specialties.
The day begins in the morning with an Easter brunch at the Curcafé from 7:30 to 10:00 AM. Afterwards, the exhibition at the Cursaal opens its doors and invites visitors to stroll comfortably through the booths. Those who want to get creative can gain insights into an old craft by basket weaving with Peter Painer.
There is also much for young guests to discover. The LIWABU team organizes a varied children's program (9:30 AM–2:30 PM) with creative and movement stations, face painting, crafting, and games. In the afternoon, participants will bake Easter pinze together with Elisabeth Sauseng (2:30 PM–4:30 PM), a traditional pastry that is a must-have in Styria for Easter.
The “Spring Awakening” takes place at the Cursaal St. Radegund. Admission is free. The organizer is the municipality of St. Radegund, which is looking forward to many visitors from the region.
