Poetry Slam with stories from People of Colour at the Orpheum Graz - on 22.05. & 17.09.2026
Slam 8020 gives voice to those who want to be heard: people with migration backgrounds and people of color are at the center of this special poetry slam. On stage, personal stories, poetry, humor, and strong emotions collide with performative word art – raw, honest, and captivating.
The location in the heart of Graz brings urban diversity together with a youthful format and also offers good public transport connections (tram lines 1, 4, 6, 7 – stop "Graz Roseggerhaus"). The evening is aimed at anyone who craves language, encounters, and expression – whether as participants or audience members. Tickets are available in advance.
