At the SUMT in the Kursaal Laßnitzhöhe, authentic Styrian folk music, excellent ensembles, and the moderation of Daniel Neuhauser come together for an atmospheric evening.
Entry: € 15.00 per person
Authentic folk music from Styria will be the focus on September 12 2026 at the Kursaal Laßnitzhöhe. For the first time, the popular event series “Steirische Sänger- und Musikantentreffen,” short SUMT, will make a stop in the market community and bring several well-known formations to a shared stage.
The musical evening will feature Knöpferlstreich, the Murbradler, the Familienmusik Stix, Eine halbe Tonne Wohlklang, and the Trio RSE. Also performing with the trio is harmonica state champion Philip Pscheidt. The program showcases various styles of Styrian folk music and connects instrumental formations with family-oriented music-making.
Renowned ORF host Daniel Neuhauser will lead the evening. His moderation contextualizes the individual contributions and guides the audience through the singer and musician gathering. The SUMT is organized by the market community Laßnitzhöhe with the support of the Kurkommission.
The entrance fee is € 15.00 per person, with free seating available, and doors open at 6:00 p.m. Tickets can be obtained at the Bürgerservice of the market community Laßnitzhöhe. Information is available at the phone number +43 3133 22 37.
