Germuth is moving its Buschenschank for three summer months to the Schanzlwirt – here’s what to expect:
- wines: The award-winning Germuth selection directly from South Styria – classic Styrian varieties like Sauvignon Blanc, Welschriesling, Gelber Muskateller, along with red wines like Zweigelt
- food: Classic Buschenschank platters, additional warm dishes, and Styrian specialties
- desserts: Homemade pastries in the Buschenschank style
- reduced Schanzlwirt menu: During the pop-up, the regular menu is deliberately smaller, so Germuth is the focus
