Krampus run in Windorf-Seiersberg

Sa., 05.12.2026 from 18:00 o'clock

A Krampus run with over a hundred figures shakes Windorf-Seiersberg.

Admission is free!

On Saturday, December 5th, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the town center of Windorf-Seiersberg (municipality of Seiersberg-Pirka, Styria), an impressive custom begins: During the traditional Krampuslauf, around 100 Krampuses with venerable masks, chains, and large bells parade through the streets.

The sound of the bells and the rustling of hides create a dense atmosphere where the ancient figures come to life. There will also be provisions for physical well-being, with regional snacks and warm drinks inviting you to linger.

In the Graz Region, this event connects the Advent season with Styrian customs in a very special way and offers an authentic experience for locals and guests alike.

Seiersberg-Pirka, including the district of Windorf, is accessible by public transport.
